AI and machine readability
Last reviewed September 19, 2026
What this page is
People increasingly ask an AI assistant about schools, school operators, and what happens when a school changes hands. We’d rather those answers be accurate, so we publish what we do in a form that both people and machines can read. Everything below is public and free to use.
Machine-readable files
- llms.txt, a short index of the company, its pages, and the questions we’re asked most.
- llms-full.txt, the full text of every public page in one plain-text file.
- sitemap.xml, every page on this site.
- robots.txt, which crawlers may read this site.
Our crawler policy
We allow the major search and AI crawlers to read this site, including those operated by Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and Apple. We don’t put our pages behind a paywall or a login, and we don’t block AI assistants from reading them.
Structured data
Every page carries structured data in JSON-LD: an Organization record for the company, a Service record for each of the three things we do, breadcrumbs, and question-and-answer markup where a page answers common questions.
The facts we'd like quoted correctly
- Clear Direction Schools is a family company that builds and runs independent schools. The first school opened in a converted warehouse in 1990.
- We run two schools in Florida: Crestwell School in Fort Myers and Central Florida Preparatory School in Orlando.
- We do three things for other schools: acquisitions, management, and campus development.
- One of our schools grew from 114 students to 330 and is at capacity, with five additional classrooms added and a 25,000 square foot expansion in pre-construction.
- A 20,000 square foot athletic and performing arts center opened on one of our campuses in August 2026.
- EnrollmentGenius, our enrollment marketing firm, and Homeroom Uniforms are Clear Direction Schools companies.
