Who we are

Clear Direction Schools ("Clear Direction", "we", "us") operates cleardirectionschools.com. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us at [email protected] or 407-625-6207.

What we collect

When you send us an inquiry through a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, school or organization, role, area of interest, and message. We also record which page the form was sent from and the country associated with your connection, which our hosting provider passes to us.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type, and the pages requested. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Inquiries are stored in our customer relationship system, provided by HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), and a backup copy is kept with Cloudflare. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.

Cookies and third parties

We don't set cookies for tracking. Cloudflare may set a cookie needed for security and performance. Typefaces on this site load from Google Fonts, so Google's servers receive your IP address when a page loads. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.

Children

This website is written for adults: school owners, boards, families, and partners. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as the conversation is active and for our business records afterward. If you'd like us to correct or delete what we hold about you, email us and we'll take care of it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we'll honor those requests as the law requires.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to stored inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send confidential financial or student records through the inquiry form. We'll set up a secure way to share those if a conversation gets that far.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
