Crestwell School's middle school expansion moves into pre-construction
Crestwell School in Fort Myers is at capacity, with 330 students, five classrooms added since 2018, and a waiting list in several grades. The next chapter is a 25,000 square foot middle school expansion on the existing campus: new classrooms, a STEM lab, an art lab, and a music studio, built for the students who are already in the elementary grades and for the families waiting behind them.
The project is in pre-construction. Clear Direction's campus development team is leading it as the school's owner's representative, from program and design through permitting and construction. We'll share the next milestone here when there is one to share.
